Dr. Crasner got his undergraduate degree at Muhlenberg College , Pa and his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His internship and medicine residency were completed at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Philadelphia where he was chief medical resident.
He performed his postdoctoral cardiology fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mill, NJ—finishing in 1995 after which he joined SHJG as a non-invasive cardiologist.
Dr. Crasner, a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and American College of Osteopathic Internists, is double boarded in internal medicine and cardiology. He is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey and Pennsylvania .
Dr. Crasner is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine (UMDNJSOM) and has won multiple “teacher of the year” awards at Washington Township Division from the house-staff of UMDNJSOM.
